Ohio State welcomed an Angolan government delegation to campus on April 10, 2026 at the Wampler Family Conference Room in the Kunz-Brundige Franklin County Extension Building. João Ernesto dos Santos Minister of National Defense and Agostinho de Carvalho dos Santos Van-Dúnem, Ambassador of the Republic of Angola to the United States headed the delegation. The visit featured dialogue on building long-term partnerships in research, training and capacity-building.
