The growth of cultural, economic and other ties with Africa, as well as the dramatic growth of Central Ohio’s African refugee and immigrant communities, have increased the importance of outreach activities led by CAS. Educators, business groups, and community organizations are important partners in CAS's extension of its academic resources.
